Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only the item purchase price will be refunded. Any additional shipping costs such as international shipping or expedited shipping are not refunded.

If a return is received without the original packaging and packing materials, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

If you are returning more than 3 items, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged, regardless of the condition of the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at for a return authorization.


If you received your socks as a gift and would like to exchange them for a different size, please make sure to let us know the original order ID from the purchaser and we will help you find the right size. If you would like to return your gift, we will credit the purchase to the original buyer.

Customer pays applicable return postage. Please note, we do not refund international duties incurred by you, if there were any.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Missing Items

If you receive a delivery confirmation email but cannot locate your package:

  • Contact your local post office. Ask them who delivered the parcel, and ask them details about that day's delivery. They are used to these types of questions, and can usually provide helpful information
  • If the parcel does not show up (extremely rare occasion), please call the Post Office and file a claim. Tibetan Socks cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.
